All orders are shipped with No Signature Required, if you PREFER a signature, please state so somewhere along the purchase/payment/communication via email. Once package has been confirmed to reach its destination, it is No Longer a concern of Premier Labs. Not trying to be harsh, but at that point we have held up our expectations of our sales agreement.
If at some point before your order has shipped and you want to change the delivery address, if possible, we can and will make the necessary changes at zero $ cost to you the customer. In most cases you will receive an email with tracking information before it actually leaves the shop. Again, we will do everything in our power to make your experience with Premier Labs as pleasant as possible.
Tracking information will be provided to the email you/we have been conducting business at. Sometimes, these emails end up in Spam. If you HAVE NOT receieved an email with tracking information within 48hrs of payment, PLEASE DO reach out to us via email. It is usually an easy fix.
At Premier Labs, we pride ourselves in our communication skills. In NO WAY think you are bothering us or a burden by repeated emails. After all, this business is built STRICTLY on TRUST.
